About Sight Word Writer

Sight Word Writer uses the classic "look, cover, write, check" method. A word appears for a few seconds, then hides behind a monkey. Spell it from memory by tapping the letters in order — they turn green when right. Three levels take you from first words like "the" and "and" up to "because" and "thought".

How to play

1. Choose a level and press Play.
2. Look at the word while it is showing.
3. When it hides, tap the letters in order to spell it.

Tips

Say the word in your head and picture it while it is on screen — that is what makes it stick.
