Who we are
Cuddle Games is a website that offers free browser games. You can reach us at hello@cuddlegames.com.
What we collect
You can play every game without creating an account or giving us any personal information. We do not ask for your name, email or address to play.
- Game data on your device. High scores, favourites and your cookie choice are stored in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device and you can clear them at any time through your browser settings.
- Analytics. If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand which games are popular and how the site is used. IP addresses are anonymised. We do not use this data to identify you.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services) records standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, kept for a limited period for security and performance purposes.
Advertising
Cuddle Games is supported by advertising. We use Google AdSense to show ads. Google and its partners may use cookies to show ads based on your previous visits to this or other websites if you accept cookies. You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings or aboutads.info. Ads shown to visitors we identify as children are non-personalised.
Cookies
When you first visit, we ask whether you accept cookies. If you decline, no advertising or analytics scripts are loaded; the site still works fully. You can change your choice by clearing the site's data in your browser.
Children
Many of our games are suitable for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your country). If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, or to object to its processing. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
