About Make Change

Make Change practises the money maths of real shopping. Something costs a certain amount, you pay with a $5, $10 or $20 note, and you work out how much change you should get back. Prices get fiddlier at each level.

How to play

1. Choose a level and press Play.
2. Read the price and the note you paid with.
3. Tap the correct change.

Tips

Count up from the price to the note: $3.50 → $4 is 50c, $4 → $5 is $1, so the change is $1.50.
