About Dot Arrays

Dot Arrays shows what multiplication really means. Every question is a grid of dots: 3 rows of 4 is 3 × 4, which is 12. Count the rows and columns, or count all the dots, and tap the answer. Seeing the array makes the times tables make sense.

How to play

1. Look at the rows and columns of dots.
2. Work out rows × columns (or count them all).
3. Tap the answer.

Tips

Count one row, then count how many rows there are. Then skip count!
